1. How about your sample policy?

We can offer sample free, but shipping to be collect

2. What payment do you accept? Do you accept western union and paypal ?

We offer payment of 30% in advance and balance to be paid before shipment.

Yes we accept wire transfer and bank TT transfer

3. How long is your delivery time?

Usually for sample 1-3 days delivery after we confirmed.

For bulk orders, about 15-25 days upon receipt of the deposit.

4. How do you ship? Do you ship by air or do dropshipping?

Usually we ship by courier for sample and small order by air. For bulk purchase like 500 or 1000pcs, we prefer shipping by air or by sea.

We dont do dropshipping.

5. Do you provide private label? Even if it is small quantity?

Yes, we can provide private label. Usually for over 120pcs for laser logo printing

We offer free logo printing. And for for over 1000pcs we offer free color box. If less than this quantity. There will be little extra cost. But not too much. Please dont worry.

1. Are you a BSCI factory? Do you pass it?

We are a factory passed BSCI and we have more than 10 years history. We also passed international quality management system.

2. How many production lines do you have? What is your production capacity?

We have 5 production line and with our daily max production capacity is 20,000 units per day and 4000 sets package/day.

1. Is your product material enviroment friendly? Any harm to our life?

The material is BPA free and envrionment friendly

2. How much is the noise level of your diffuser?

Our diffuser is very quiet. And silent to use.

3. What accessories are included in the diffuser?

Diffuser, Nozzle, Manual guide, USB cable, Tube.

4. When and how often do i need to clean my diffuser?

For our waterless diffuser:We recommend to clean your diffuser more frequently.Especially when you change the essential oil.  Fill in the bottle for alchol and let it run for one hour then will be fine.

5. My diffuser is not misting at all.How to fix it?

Make sure your diffuser is charged. If it is charged. A possible reason might be the oil block the diffusion. In this way, it is better to use the needle in the package to push the nozzle. If you dont know how to do. we will send you photo to explain.

Our diffuser installation is very simple and easy. If you need onsite installation. No problem. We can help to assist you for that.
