Our dedicated technical team comprises three seasoned software and hardware engineers, each possessing over 15 years of invaluable experience. Additionally, we have two adept structure engineers with a strong capability for independent research and development, along with a keen eye for design.

Our commitment to innovation is underscored by multiple patents, including three authorized invention patents and three authorized utility model patents in China. We’ve also secured authorization for utility model patents in Japan, as well as appearance design patents in China and the European Union. Currently, we are in the process of obtaining authorization for two appearance design patents in Singapore and an invention and appearance design patent in the United States.

The circuit board installs the SMD components (Chip parts + IC parts) and the Mount Connecter to the specified position of the circuit board components through the surface mount equipment and flows into the next process

Use AO optical inspection equipment to check whether the installed components of the circuit board are wrong, missing, and misaligned; select and deal with the poorly installed circuit boards. Test qualified products flow into the next process

The circuit board flows into the special reflow equipment, and the circuit board and the SMD components are welded and fixed by soldering

Use ICT test equipment to detect whether the semi-finished PCBA components that have been soldered have soldering, short circuits, wrong parts, few parts, and internal abnormalities of the circuit board. Send the qualified PCBA to the next process

Non-SMD components need to be manually inserted into the mounting holes of the circuit board, and the manually installed circuit board should be placed in the wave soldering fixture for mounting

Before the semi-finished product is assembled, the performance of several key components such as circuit board, battery and air pump is tested by special instruments; qualified products flow into the semi-finished product assembly process

Install the circuit board, battery, and air pump on the plastic case, and test whether the button is normally turned on and off, whether the LED light is normal, and whether the long press can work normally

Aging test the assembled semi-finished product and charge it for more than 3 hours to ensure that the battery is fully charged; check whether the buttons, LED lights, and charging are normal. Defective products are sent for repair, and qualified products flow into the next process

Assemble the semi-finished product that has passed the aging test and is fully charged on the casing, and check that the appearance of the casing is flawless and the position of the USB charging port is accurate.

Aging test the assembled product and charge it for more than 3 hours to ensure that the battery is fully charged; check whether the buttons, LED lights, and charging are normal. Each test is qualified and sent to the preparation and packaging process
